That he convincingly can support good causes.
5) How does Kim Kardashian's website and social media promote other media products or websites using the Kardashian brand (e.g. Keeping Up With The Kardashians TV show)?
She uses her shared brand with her family to promote her products of Skims. She also uses her socials like her twitter and instagram bios to tag her brands so that the audiences can see it more and are more tempted to buy.
Representations
1) How does Marcus Rashford use different aspects of mise-en-scene (e.g. clothes/costume/ settings/locations) to create representations of himself on his website and social media?
By wearing mostly red in the picture it represents his football term Man utd to show support for his team when his not with them.
2) What examples can you find of website pages, social media posts or aspects of his brand that create a positive representation of Marcus Rashford? You may wish to comment on his discussion of family or his campaigns - his page on the FareShare campaign website may help with this question.
The post from fair share made a positive representation of Rashford as it really showed what type of a person he is and he didnt really have a really fancy get up as some celebrities do but he was there to actually help which made his fans adore him more.
3) How does Marcus Rashford's online presence challenge stereotypes? Think about gender (masculinity), race/ethnicity, social class or football here.
He challenges it as he shows his vulnerability as a strength to go on. As men are supposed to be shown as strong but he shows his true emotions to his fans and try and be more real with them to show men can be more than strong and that they can have emotions to.
4) What representation of celebrity is created by Kim Kardashian's website and social media? How are audience encouraged to view celebrity?
The audiences see them as inspirations and aspirations by aspire through her lifestyle and they imitate her by buying the products her endorses.
5) What gender stereotypes are reinforced or challenged in Kim Kardashian's online presence?
Reinforced : She online presence is mainly her materialistic lifestyle reinforcing stereotypes about women about being perfect for the internet.
Challenges: She shows female empowerment through her business showing women can also be successful like men
